For example, we collect information when you send us a message through TEAM Websites, provide us with your business card at an event, fill out a form or survey, are referred for or apply to a job, request services or customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. We may also obtain information about you from other sources. For example, when we receive a referral for a worker for hire, we may collect information about the client/service recipient as applicable, including information about their name, address, date of birth, and nature of services requested. We may also collect information about the referred worker, such as their name, address, date of birth and other employment related information.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to (1) request more information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, sold and disclosed for a business purpose in the last 12 months, (2) request deletion of your personal information, (3) opt out of the sale of your personal information, if applicable, and (4) be free from discrimination for exercising your rights under the CCPA. We will verify your request by confirming your identity and authorization to request changes. To designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf, you must provide the authorized agent with power of attorney or written and signed permission to submit the request as well as verify your own identity directly with us, and directly confirm with us that you have provided the authorized agent with permission to submit the request.
